More Melburnians are working and recreating in their local suburbs. The $15 million fund will support Melbourne’s thriving metropolitan communities through the delivery of two grant programs:
Successful grant recipients of the Our Suburbs: Living Local Fund were announced on 12 October 2022.

Suburban Grants were awarded to projects that support the 20-minute neighbourhood principles designed to improve suburban shopping strips and public spaces and their safety and accessibility, and deliver new playgrounds, community gardens and public art initiatives.
Community Grants were awarded to enable community organisations to continue their important work with funds for minor building refurbishments or to acquire equipment.
Applications closed Sunday 14 August 2022 at 11:59PM.
